Return Policy
We are thankful to you for purchasing our products from www.hashtagshop.in. We respect the trust kept by you in our products and hence in case you face any issues in your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund and Replacement policy is as follows:
- REFUND POLICY:
- Refund is provided only as store credits which can be adjusted against buying any other products on the Company website.
- Refund provided in the form of store credits shall not expire.
- Refund will be provided only if the product provided is not matching the product ordered or if the product provided is in a damaged condition.
- In case the product provided does not match your order or is damaged then the customer should contact us for refund through email on our mail id hello@hashtagshop.in within 7 days of delivery and mail should contain the images of the products purported to be damaged or not matching the description.
- On receipt of the mail we will arrange our executive to collect the product within 7-10 days of receipt of your mail and your hashtag stud account will be credited with the refund amount. You can use this amount to buy any other product on our website.
- REPLACEMENT POLICY:
- All the return and replacement cases shall be considered within 7 days of delivery of the order as stated above.
- If the Company approves the refund, then the product will be replaced with either the same type of product or with any other product as the customer selects and there would be no delivery charges for the replacement order.
